Utility

• Buybacks. 30% of every Shortcap trading fee goes to $SCAP buybacks. Until $SCAP launches, that share accumulates in the buyback reserve contract.
• Pit boost. Staking $SCAP boosts a depositor's share of the Pit's earnings.
• Parameters. $SCAP holders vote on the risk parameters: the liquidity threshold, the open-interest caps, the maximum leverage and the clamp width.

Fairness

• No private allocation.
• No presale.
• No KYC.
• No whitelist.

Any address presented as $SCAP before the announcement on X is a scam. Shortcap does not use Telegram, Discord or email. There is no $SCAP price, chart or market cap, because there is no $SCAP.

The buyback reserve contract on the Contracts page holds HYPE. It is not $SCAP.
